Meet Meredith Shaid

Meredith Shaid is a licensed California attorney and former legal writing professor who has provided law school, legal writing, and bar examination tutoring for more than 20 years.

Her approach focuses on helping students understand legal concepts in plain English and then use that understanding to identify issues, organize rules, analyze facts, and write clearly. Students receive individualized instruction based on their goals, learning preferences, and areas for improvement.
